Ballack keen on new Chelsea deal

I would rather see player like: Bridcutt, Taiwo, Mellis, Woods, Sawyer or Cork to replace Ballack, but i could have one more decent season out of him. I think either he would get a really bad injury and have to retire or just goes out of favour, that is the only way to stop him playing.

Ballack has not been our best player i think its clear it has been drogba.

Ballack has had a decent start to the season so far. But i think the club are doing the right think by taking it a year at a time, especially with someone like Ballack who is on a lot of money and has been known to go up and down with his form.

We don't want to get into a situation where we are just keeping all our players as long as possible, Ballack will have his situation evaluated at the end of the season, which i think is the right thing to do.

if he goes on playing like he does at the moment, give him 2 more years or so.

our midfield axes with Essien, lampsy and Ballack looks so lethal...

Word, ballack was a great signing and for the marketing & commercial side of the club too
