I'm hoping for a reaction from Kakuta similar to that of Ronaldo after the 2006 World Cup and the incident with the Rooney sending off - obviously he won't break into the first team just yet, but I'm saying that he should put this behind him, but use it to fuel his development in football as he tries to prove doubters wrong.

Kakuta, Stoch, Di Santo, Borini and Philiskirk is future attackers.

Manciennce, Hutchinson, Bruma, Van Aanholt and Cork for future defenders.

Woods, Bridcutt, Mellis, Gordon, for future midfeilders.

We have alot of talent in our youngsters, and i have confidence that we can produce some really great talent in the next couple of months. I hope Borini gets his chance against QPR.

The media in last couple of days have literally done a post mortem on our academy. They talk about how the youngsters have failed, how none of them could make the first teams. There are soo many articles about it...im just sick of it.

Fuckong hell they expect kids purchased in last 4 yrs to make it to the first team.

When he says 'the new John Terry,' I don't think he's necessarily looking for a new world-class defender, but rather a star who can come through the academy and feature in the first team like Terry, which is certainly possible with the calibre of young players we have.
