BlueLion. 21,491 Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 When he says 'the new John Terry,' I don't think he's necessarily looking for a new world-class defender, but rather a star who can come through the academy and feature in the first team like Terry, which is certainly possible with the calibre of young players we have.
