if next season you could choose which competition you would like Chelsea to win which would you choose and why?

i would have to go with the champions league, cause as much as i want us to win the league again we really need to add a champions league win to our history

Champions League for me because we aint won it and we've come so close. The heartache from the last 5 years makes me want to win this so much and i believe JT and Lamps will want this more than anything else too. 5 years full of screw jobs from the Ibarra Handball goal in 2004, the goal that never was in 2005, the tragic penalty shootouts on 07 and 08 and of course we need to finally get JT's penalty out the system, as does he. It will eat him alive til we get our hands on it. Then all the controversy in the Barca game, having at least 2 blatant pen decisions before losing out in injury time to Iniesta's goal

You can't be the Champions of Europe without being Champions of your own country, or at least true Champions, in my opinion. If we want to be known as one of the great clubs, we have to dominate our own league before we dominate the continent. Three years without a domestic title is too long.

Win the best league in the world, Your the best team in the world, We play in the Premiership every week, Champions League we only play about 12 matches.

Also, You can win the Champions League by getting an ok draw. Look at Man United, There draw was far far easier than ours.

look, you vs the best teams of europe im sure that has more merit of being the best team in the world rather than winning the premier league. im not saying the premier league isnt prestigious but just as is winning any league of the world. but there is something more to winning europe.

you may play all year round but you play the best teams in the league as well as the worst.

in europe u play the elite teams of the best footballing nations.

Every team has up's and down's in a season. Ok, So its the Champions League Quater Final, You win the first leg 1-0. You have a shite day and lose 2-0 and your out.

In the premiership, You get a chance to redeem yourself. Bouncing back from bad results is a sign of a great team, You don't get a chance to do that in the Champions League.
