It would have helped is Luton were mathematically relegated already

even with the large GD lead Forest have over them, Forest still technically needs 1 point in the next 2 games to mathematically be safe

because it is GD that keeps them safe from Luton in theory, it is going to be hard for us to truly smash them and make up GD on NUFC, as they will go into full turtle shell if we go up by 2 or 3

That was playing on my mind. They managed to get a point the last to we played them at the City ground. 

If we start this game with well, we should have a comfortable afternoon.

if we some are even on poinst AND GD with NUFC, at that point we will top them on goals scored for sure (as we are +2 now, there and obviously to make up 11 goals difference in GD we will have to go WILD in goals scored over these 3 games)

our fucking shit defence has fucked us

it is how we blew 2 leads and drew (thus we have 4 less points, 4 points that likely would guarantee 6th, and quite possibly 5th) in those recent Sheff U and Burnely disasterclass draws

5th is now basically gone

unless Spuds somehow lose to Sheff U (assuming Spuds lose to Citeh)

all Spuds need is one point in 2 games to keep 5th
