Will need also Serbia and Czech Republic to lose. 

We after today results will go to knockout phase even with draw against Denmark if England beat Slovenia by two and Czech Republic lose against Turkey.

Agreed. And that final run, the vision to get the ball out wide to the one open man was something else. He just sat on the ground after all that effort looking to see if the shot would go in.

For sure. They've been pedestrian on ball and even their stoic defending is nowhere to be seen. You can see gaps in midfield which allows runs against them. Still, they often find ways to win matches even when they don't produce enough on the pitch.
