There is a youtube video about those.
Enver was crazy with fortifications - his commie regime was one of the harshest, like North Korea.
He even drove the UN humanitarian aid mission out of Albania in 1945, because they were "decadent capitalists".
He did not allow them to disembark from their plane rather.
