We're in such a bad place right now, not a chance we sign anyone with ambitions to win titles any time soon, we get expencive kids who know they are signed to come good in 2/3 years and not now, if things arnt going well they don't even bother turning up and dont even care tbh, people at the top can't be putting any pressure on to win, we are a shambles, by far the worst run club in the league at the minute.

No side has lost more Premier League matches in 2023 than Chelsea (19), while only Almería (24), Werder Bremen (20) and Empoli (20) have lost more games than the Blues across the big five European leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1) this calendar year

Chelsea have missed 36 of their 57 'big chances' in the Premier League this season, more than any other side.

Woooooo

How about a little urgency from the managerial appointments?  If we’re gonna lose matches take some chances.  Everyone seems scared and indecisive.  Potter and Poch far too relaxed in my opinion.   Just need more time over and over.  Other managerial appointments have done more with far less.

Merry Christmas everyone

Spot on , too relaxed, they don't seem to be under any pressure to win, it's like when everyone is signing (players and even management) its a view to the next 2 years and doesn't matter what happens right now, it's a really strange feeling, the contrast to when Roman was here, we are not even close to the same.  If this was Mourinho in charge we probably wouldnt see Sterling for atleast 3 games for what he did today, yet Poch will be taking him for dinner tonight, don't worry son, everything will be ok next season when we get a couple more players, wtf!

Also where are all the fucking fuckwits that were complaining about Tuchel and his style of play hiding at? Is this really better?  Really?

Chelsea, who won the Champions League three years ago,

we were still, only 10 and half months ago, the reigning FIFA World Club champions

it was not until the end of February 2023 that Real officially took over

But we stay 10th wooo...only 18 from top spot...and 13 from bottom place

Anyone know the lowest table position at Christmas for a team that went on to win the title?  How many points back at this point?  Just curious

Thats what's crazy. Hasn't been that long and yet here we are..we won't be in Europe for a few years unless something changes quickly. Nearer bottom then the top and lost more then we have won. Can't look at fixtures and think ooo we have a chance cause we don't seem to have much of one

Had a look...lowest points wise is Arsenal who were 13 points behind and in 6th place in 97/98

Position wise was City in 8th in 20/21 and were 8 behind

If you ask me the letters were on the wall.
Put up a good performance against City -like we did in this terrible year actually- and that was it.
Tuchel did a gigantic job to lift that team but we were already on the way down.
