Completely lost Rabiot for the 1st goal. I have no idea what Hiddink sees in him. His time at the club has been up for a while. No idea what he's still doing here.

Think that's unfair. Given he has out performed Matic for much of the season what do you want Guus to do? Play an under performing CDM/CM or Mikel who's playing better?  Hes been a big part of how we've turned it around because he gives Cesc a bit more freedom to play at times and that is very underrated by many on here.

....waiitng for someone to say play RLC instead of a DM next to Fabregas..

He's not under-rated by anyone because if Chelsea have the aspirations of a "big club," then Mikel isn't good enough.  If we're going for medriocrity, Mikel's fine.  let's see what happens in MF with the WHU match.

He is the quick solution to Matic, limited DM once called world class.

Was probably our best player yesterday. Won most of the balls that led to our attacks and gave Di Maria no space at all in the middle where he hurt us the most in Paris.

HE lost Rabiot?! The man almost high-fived Willian as he went past him:

Mikel got a 6.2 from whoscored for psg game. About the same on squawka. Along with courtois and Oscar our worst players according to them.

had zero interceptions, 30% of his tackles worked.

not my opinion, just what i read and saw out there and to contrast with the vocal minority here.

Not the 1st time I see you using argument of authority quoting whoscored. Mate, who cares about whoscored? Who cares If a stats site gave Mikel 6.2. Mikel was far form great, but he wasn't the worst Chelsea player on the pitch. Football is NOT about stats and this kind of objective numbers. For example, a player like Azpilicueta, in terms of stats, might be doing better than Mikel, but at the end of the day "whoscored" will evaluate his crucial mistake in the same way it evaluates a mistake from Mikel in not dangerous area of the pitch. In a Game that the CF barely touches the ball, he will get a low score, but the problem might be playmakers unable to give him the ball, and that problem you won't see in the stats, and stats won't tell you the difference between a legendary goal and a tap in.

Agree that wasn't exactly a Mikel's mistake, to other side, when you realize Rabiot was almost inside the goal when he scored, its really hard to point the fingers to attacking player for not being marking the man in that positions of the field.

This has literally nothing to do with what I wrote. You seem to be disagreeing with your imaginary friend again.

Did he make a mistake? Couldn't care less... did not know.

Yeah, I don't mean that it's actually Willian's fault. Someone should have picked him up once he went into the box. But obviously all of this would have been irrelevant had Kenedey and especially Cahill not made huge mistakes in the goal.

That's just simply false as I remember, off the top of my head at least two interceptions he made inside PSG's half that set up attacks for us. One of the reasons why those stats and ratings mean little...
