Glory Hunter me ?

I was born in Fulham, my father was a Chelsea supporter, as was my Mother and all of her family, they actually met at a Chelsea game. :)

But on topic,

When I see or hear people calling me a glory seeker I just tell them to fuck off, I dont need to explain why I chose Chelsea to anyone, it's a life choice that can be made up of many memories, may it be going to a game, watching them on TV, or whatever, as long as you are passionate about them, and know in your heart that you are proud to be a part of such an incredible team and get right into it, you dont need to explain shit to anyone.

Let them see you are proud of your club through good and bad times, and they will come to realise you truly are a fan, not only on the outside, but in the inside.

/Rant over.

The way i see it is that you are either a fan or a supporter, to be a supporter you have to support the team e.g be in the crowd shouting the boys on each week. You can be a true fan from anywhere around the world and still have the passion... but i dont know how you manage it god it would drive me mad ( i know im spoilt by the amount of games i can attend this is on a below average salary but i sacrifice other things for chels i hate watching the chels on the tele as well i just cant enjoy it ) the international breaks are bad enough as for me watching Chelsea is more than the football its the feeling of being part of something in a crowd freezing your arse of at some northern hell hole in the middle of jan.

What is also special about following Chelsea up and down the country is in modern society where people are judged by so many, no one cares who you are what you do etc etc you are part of something and always accepted for being chels end up chatting to people who normally you would never talk to in every day life

At the end of the day, I don't give a shit who someone supports, as long as they stick by that team for life.

Totally agree..this lad i know used to support city but got sick of them getting no where and decided to support liverpool instead and he wonders why people dont take him seriously as a liverpool supporter! Thats what a glory hunter is imo

He's sickened now with the way things have turned out:lol:

anyone who has to explain themselves on an internet forum is one sad and insecure individual.

we all die in the end and only a select few people will remember you, unless you become famous.

Do you think you can lighten up abit?
