Would be shocking if this goes through!!!!

I heard that The owners have 10x more than abramovich, Also reported to have been saying in at least five years they will be league champions? Could City be the Real deal and break into the top 4 this or next season?

Not at all likely this season, too late for them to make a real impact in the transfer window and there are never any big January deals..

But if the new owners are prepared to inject some serious cash as it looks like they do then they could be a big threat.
