Fulham Broadway 17,311
heard of Needles? Hmm, never tried it like that Not sure any one has. It used to be in loads of foods, drinks and medicines. But it became illegal. Its funny the drugs that do nothing for you -Alcohol, tobacco.......tttttthey TAX ! From ''Cocaine in General Products'' Cocaine was not always the white devil that it is known to be today. The drug derived from the leaves of the coca plant was used in a number of commercial products. Some of them make more sense than others, but no matter how you look at it, cocaine was viewed as a lucrative substance that could help sell a commodity. Perhaps the most notoriously well-known product known to contain cocaine was none other than the Coca-Cola soft drink. Although the now giant company is a little shy to speak about its history of association with the psychoactive substance, the Coca-Cola Company used cocaine in its drink from its invention in 1886 up until 1903. Even after that time, the company still touted the supposed medicinal benefits of the popular carbonated beverage.

True_Blue 469
Anyone noticed the thread is called Adrian Mutu and not ''Does snorting Coke give you AIDS'' or is it the same thing?
Milan 17,956
Mutu claims the fine is inhumane Adrian Mutu has vowed to appeal the 17.2 million euros fine he must pay to former club Chelsea. The punishment was handed to the Romania international as a result of his failed drugs test in 2004 which led to the Blues parting company with the striker. However, the Fiorentina hit-man claims the fine is 'unjust' and 'inhumane' and intends to fight to have the ruling overturned. "This is an unjust and inhumane sentence. We are going to appeal," Mutu said as he prepares to represent his country in a friendly against Latvia on Wednesday. "This sanction is not right, because I don't think I have committed a crime that merits such an amount," he said, adding that he would be speaking to his lawyers. Elliott 7
Ultimately he cost us that much and more through his criminal activities so he has no right to complain.
misschief 24
Ultimately, he could've got off with a lot less is he'd just held his hands up to start with. As it is, him and his agent have chosen to appeal every single decision, dragging it out for 4 years while Chelsea's legal bills keep going up, so its his own bloody fault. I've got no sympathy with him at all.
