"Mr Berlusconi said a condition of the sale is that the new owners invest at least €400 million (£343 million) in the club over the next two seasons. The buying group includes state- backed enterprises, he said." 

Invest doesn't mean just in transfers. £343 million over two seasons isn't huge amount for a big club.

He said that on TV a month ago, watched that personally. I'm not his lawyer and don't know what's in contract but he said 200m per season for new players. The point is they don't need money right now.

Milan lost 4-2 today against Napoli. Romagnoli gave away the penalty for the 4th goal and was lucky to not have been sent off. Milan finished with 9 men.

With Milan in the title chase, this seems even less likely now.  I think he would be perfect for us.  Left footed and tidy on the ball.  Replace Cahill in the LCB spot.  Would really upgrade our squad we can just leave it alone for years to come.

my dream defensive signing! perfect for the LCB role. I dont think AC will part with him for anything but I am hoping for a miracle.
