Talk of Liverpool getting Mkhitaryan, which is very good new in our efforts to get rid of this guy. They wanted him before going for Cuadrado so hopefully Liverpool actually get Mkhitaryan.

Dortmund won't sell Mkhitaryan and don't Liverpool have enough attackers already?!

Mkhitaryan is quoted as wanting to leave though? Well, according to his agent. Anyway, the main thing is for Juve not to get Mkhitaryan so they're left with Cuadrado!

His agent fishing for a better contract from Dortmund?

Quite possibly, but another way to get a better contract is to simply leave for a club like Liverpool who can pay bigger wages due to the TV deal. We'll see I suppose.

In February, Mkhitaryan's agent suggested his client's future lay away from Signal Iduna Park: "Henrikh wants to leave Dortmund at the end of the season. We will have to wait and see what we can do."

If he knows what's good for him, he wouldn't go to Liverpool. May get more $$$ but the chances of winning trophies are low.

Well, they weren't exactly high at Dortmund last season either...perhaps he's changed his mind since their little turnaround towards the end of the season. Those quotes came out when they were still near the relegation spots I'd imagine!

I just think Dortmund have a clearer vision in terms of what they want to do on the pitch and off it. I don't quite get that with Liverpool, especially when Brendan Rodgers just seems to be splashing out money on every attacker out there and neglect the need to buy defensive minded players.

Brendan doesn't give two shits about the defensive side to the game, he made that clear in not just words but how he sets up his sides.

I can understand attackers wanting to play for him but why on this earth would Lovren and Clyne want to trade Koeman for Rodgers? Especially the latter considering how close Saints got to finishing above Liverpool last season.

Swap him for Mikhatyrian

Naaa he is another one of those on/off player, score a few every season but also capable of missing A LOT OF CHANCES. I remember last year in the CL against Real Madrid where he basically missed like 4 clear chances and he also does it quite often for Dortmund. In fact I am surprised he started the season as well as he did considering he said toward the end of last season that he thinks he is gonna leave.

Not good enough for us basically. Maybe can do it at Liverpool and Spurs though

Juventus advances on Cuadrado. His agent Lucci is expected in London in the next few hours to arrange a return to Italy (via @DiMarzio) #CFCcfc.png

Due to the difficulty in signing Draxler & Mkhitaryan, #Juventus want to complete Cuadrado's loan deal as soon as possible. (via @DiMarzio)
