One main problem with him is that you never know what you can expect of him. Form-wise, behavior-wise, questionable-quality-wise, attitude-wise. You just never know with him.

In my eyes, he is a big risk. If only he had enough quality to prove that risk profitable for squad.

...

Good strikers plays great when team plays great. Great strikers plays great when all others are shit.

Never scored tonight and had some bad touches but I love the fight he showed tonight. He was quality with his overall play tonight. Just had a bit of bad luck with his finishing and touch letting him down but much more positive.

He was better but he still worries me. What the fuck he was thinking of when he challenged Casillas is beyond me, he needs to stop all that shit, no need at all for it.

For me, there was no physical contact between Casillas and Costa.

Casillas faked it and tried to get Costa send off, absolute disgraceful behaviour, but nothing new, i never bought the nice guy image.

So glad we threw him out of the CL, does not deserve anything.

The contact is besides the point though. The point is why in the world would Costa intentionally leave his leg there to trip Casillas? Seriously, why? Can anyone just give any even remotely logical reason why? I just can't for the life of me understand.

Look at both players legs. Costa run into Casillias with his legs.

Mou made him do it because he loathes Casillas.

costa quote on a return to athletic Madrid

‘You never know,’ Costa told Spanish radio station Onda Cero. ‘Look at how well Filipe Luis is doing. Life is full of surprises. I always wish Atletico the best and always follow them and support them from afar.’
