I heard on the radio the first time Nana Mouskouri appeared in young talent show.

I was 4 and It was either February 1959 or May 1959.

Maybe the famous composers already knew her and they wanted to make it look as if she went through the young talent show - I don't know. But she did sing there and the producer immediately asked her to make application to the national radio network.
Then came never on Sunday, then the Beatles and the Stones, Adamo from Belgium, Johny Haliday.
The eurovision contest was a battle of giants and Greece was not taking part (first time in 1975).
Now it is silly. It's Holland now, one of the supposed favourites. Flat, the composer was never caught.
