I like Norwich. We should have let them score a goal, draw means nothing to us anyway. :D

Actually it does. We secured the 3rd place. After the display today can't see us winning the away game next week no matter it's against already relegated Cardiff.

This season will be looked at as a failure, no two ways about it, and there's no way you can convince me otherwise.

The way we lost this title race almost makes me cry, and what a pathetic way to end the season.

At this rate you almost hope we make 3-4 big signings because we lack real options and competiton. The likes of Oscar, Hazard and Willian are too comfortable i feel.

Out with a whimper and no bang!!!!!!!!! I really expected a backlash after midweek, but we have again shown that we cannot break down a packed defence. We also looked like a team bereft of confidence and just hoping for the season to end. Very poor display for our last home game of the season, but what it did achieve is that it has copperfastened the positions that need strengthening for next season.(Striker/s and creative central midfielder) I really feel sick to think of all the points we dropped against teams who are in the lower end of the table.

But onwards and upwards for next season guys

Bad result, worse performance but no need to exaggerate it. We're finishing third either way. I think even the most optimistic fans would have doubts over Liverpool and City both dropping points which would have left an opening for us to grab the title, was a long-shot.

The thing I notice is that even if Chelsea do go forward with counter-attack then couple of yards before opponent's box the attack is slowed down, player in possession starts turning here and there, allowing the chasing defenders to regroup and reorganize the formation. I thought Cahill and Schürrle did alright. Schürrle hit the post but seemed lively through out. Noone was amazing today but if I had to name someone it'd be those two. The introduction on Hazard changed it for us. He was on another level, you could sense his determination and eager to prove his point and potential.

I guess this all is somewhat down to lack of motivation. Nothing to play for, players have one eye on World Cup, the disappointment of recent results, the media drama, perhaps some players already sense they'll be out of Chelsea after next week's game. All those add up.

High hopes for next season, we're couple of crucial signings away from being a complete team. No point of overthinking this result, it's done.

Summer of 2013, if it was me I would have decided to give De Bruyne a real shot and used the Willian money to buy a striker instead.

Work rate doesn't win you games, he was useless.

I wish to never ever ever ever ever see Ivanovic as a full-back again, ever.

Yet again completely incapable of breaking through bottom table defense.

I really wonder if this will be fixed for next season.

Didn't watch the game... Can anayone tell me how did we do? From the result I see we played shit, but did we or were we just unlucky?

I thought Norwich should have had a penalty and we should had one or two ourselves. Schürrle hit the post, Luiz hit the woodwork aswell. Hazard came on at half time and sharpened us up. Typical performance versus bottom teams when we can't score in the first 30-40 minutes. We walk the ball to their box, pass it to death and end up losing it or having a toe-poke at goal. Frustrating but in the end of the day maybe that's what we need to see our weaknesses and correct them by next season.

Torres and Ba seriously need to go! Neither of them are good enough in front of goal for this club.

So sick of our club consistently backing a £50m striker year in year out, who has clearly lost all means of form, rather than trying to bring in a fresh new striker. THIS SUMMER... It is seriously time for CHANGE!!

And dare I say it, selling Mata was a big mistake, especially to United... who are already in mountains of debt from the Glazers, so how they could have coughed up £37m for him is a real mystery to me!

Brilliant defensive performance from Norwich but once again, our struggles against the smaller teams that sit deep are again highlighted. This is against a team that have lost their last 8 away games. Breaking down these sort of teams aren't easy, but I can't even remember us creating one clear chance. All the chances we created were half chances (Luiz & Schurrle hitting the post) which is again pretty poor.

Players like Mata or KDB would've been very useful to us in games like these; we don't have either anymore but Jose left our most creative player, the one that we look to to create things individually (because we don't have a real system going forward) on the bench, and that allowed Norwich to settle into their defensive game. We were way too slow in the first half.

I seriously hope we work hard on our attacking system next season, or at least bring in a coach under Jose that can help him with that.
