Do not compare this guy to Mata. This guy has more pace and works a lot harder off the ball than Mata. He will be a good squad player and I am pretty sure he can get himself a decent amount of games for us. No doubt Mata is the better footballer but he's not the right fit for a Mourinho team

For me he is a great signing. Not only has he performance on the international stage, but against us in Europe aswell. In addition, if the transfer fee floating around is true (£10-12m), then that is a bargain nowadays.

Would certainly be a good depth signing, but it's a bit strange that he'd agree to come here and ride the bench more often than not when he can go other places and be a regular starter.
