Sheva. 5,373
I said it before, but Salah really fell into the perfect situation with the position he's playing. His first goal yesterday was wonderful, but look at the 2nd goal, that's how he has mostly been scoring - He's standing in the middle and the ball finds its way to him and he finishes it off.If he were to return to Chelsea, I think he'll still struggle playing as a disciplined winger. commilin and Laugh1ngMan
Roquila 1,335
We're fine with FFP ATM, but I would have preferred that money to go to a WC player we need. Pogba being that player.I've never called Juan a flop, but I know the chances of him being a star on the right wing are very small. Salah's form doesn't shock me at all. You along with a few others think Salah has supposedly transformed. He has always been the same player, but he's playing regularly.Signing Cuadrado was a gamble we took and we have yet to see how that gamble turns out to be. As for Salah's form it actually does shock me. He had a few chances but looked very bad when he played. I don't buy into the match fitness thing, it's not like he played 20 matches before he started playing good for the Italian side. If Cuadrado turns out to be a flop then indeed it's a waste of money but you never know. 30+ million is an awful lot of money but we can cope with it. Some players just do better at other leagues/clubs it's just how it is. commilin

nadavTKL 1,787
Read the thread, and you'll find the answer to your own question. Some people have their eyes open.I have my eyes open... i saw Salah in Chelsea and he looked like its way out of his league. Im glad he's doing fine in Fiorentina but its a completely different thing. He plays there as some kind of 2nd striker and they play on counter attacks, it suits his amazing pace, but here he would never succeed. As for Cuadrado, i mostly saw him in the last WC, so not a lot, but he looks a player with better techniques who got more variety of abilities. He loses the ball too much for a big team imo the only thing that has surprised me is his finishing. Remember how many times he shot to the sky or off target when he had a chance to score? It's a case of lukaku at Everton and lukaku at Chelsea. No space from opponents against Chelsea, space from opponents when you play in a smaller team. Mourinho also likes his right winger defending because hazard doesn't defend as much, so if you want the freedom of just not tracking back like willian is doing and schurlle couldn't do then you have to be better than hazard. The only player who I regret is KDB not salah. I liked him (passing, crossing, long range shooting, and freekicks) and never knew how he lost his place after one poor manutd match. commilin and xPetrCechx

Much better than the attacking threat Willian poses.Juan played in the same league as Salah is now. He has already out performed in just over a month.I presume it's down to luck? lito 180
Have you seen Cuadrado play for 90 minutes straight? No.I haven't seen Salah play 90 minutes for chelsea this season also! We Hate Scouse and LAM09

Salah had some oppertunities for chelsea and did bad in most of them. Cuadrado started 1 game. Judge him after he starts atleast 3 games. BlueLyon 9,359
He was actualy realy good since game one for fiorentina. I wonder why Cuadrado needs so long to ''adjust'' I read here every day. Yeah its bigger club, bigger team, but its also a better player, you dont pay 30m for someone who needs half season to adjust. One month yes, then when he gets chance he needs to be one of more visible players, not playing side role until he is sold.

Cuadrado needs to show more until the end of the season but its not too late to do that. And btw, a 30m player today is not the 30m player of 3-4 seasons ago, you dont need to be a superstar to cost 30m. And Cuadrado is clearly not a superstar yet, if you ever saw him. I dont think its a surprise its taking him time here, since he only played for a team like Fiorentina, an average european side.

quickpassnmove 924
doesn't matter either way for Chelsea except that Chelsea do need more people who shoot and score in the future. money or the player back in London... either way. Jose's PL side might not be his place.
