Im sick and tired of hearing that accusation now. So did we get spoilt with back-to-back titles? For me personally, its not necessary the lack of trophies that grates so much, if Im gonna have a moan its usually because of the actual football being played - or not as the case seems to be.

But trying to get anyone outside of Chelsea to understand is like hitting your head off a brick wall.

i agree with that really - whats the point of being second in the league and in the CL semi final if we dont come out with anything

i think that us moaning about not having trophies is the sign of the success of the club

yes i know we wont win every trophy every season , but i agree that we have the talent and opportunity to play football that makes us as fans happy - who cares about other teams and their supporters but i care about my team adn the type of football that they play

i think that to a certain extent we are spoilt to be in the position that we are in, but also that we also have the capability of playing attractive football and would like to see them playing it

No you are not spoilt misschief we are not a mid/high table team anymore. The fact is We have the power to go for the prem, and we have a as manager and it makes me sick.

No we're not spoilt. That accusation could be levelled if we were moaning because teams were beating us fair and square, and we were playing to our full potential.

As it is we're not, due to the players having no respect for the manager -well maybe Joe Cole is the exception, genius player, but not the brightest star in the galaxy.

Under that fat clown he's managed to fuck up the FA cup, the Carling Cup and now the League.

Wigan, Aston villa, The Yids, and Everton, all in all 8 points dropped in the last minute, that a competent manager wouldn't have let happen.

I just want some integrity here. I can accept a trophyless season as long as we failed in valour, instead of the manner in which we were defeated by Spurs and Barnsley.

Spot on. If we come out with no silverware at the end of the season, if we can push United all the way then we shall at least have some pride intact.

Agree.If we finish trophyless but in second place,close behind United I'll be happy.With everything that happened ACN,injuries and new manager thought we'd be where Liverpool are but we've managed to challenge andf yeh thats down to the players mainly but still

totally agree with that, tbh I don't think winning the title would feel right this year anyway when we clearly havent done anything to deserve it. If we could pull off a couple of decent performances in the CL then fair play, I'd be well happy with that but the way we've got our points in the league is pretty embarrassing really.

I guess that is part of it, but we've never even looked convincing this season.

We have looked convincing at times, but not recently. As a whole our season hasn't been the worst. Chelsea have even 2-4 possible match of the season candidates. It's just lately we have been dropping in performance and it's becoming this "surviving" football, which I don't mind while it's effective (but under Grant, you might want to question the effective part at times).

Not laughable at all imo. Questionable, but not laughable after the circumstances we've been through

Are we spoilt ? Yes. What are we spoilt with ? Winning. Is that bad ? No
