James 5,381 Posted July 13, 2013 Share Posted July 13, 2013 Jeffrey Bruma's move to PSV has now officially gone through after the revelation that the young defender has a heart condition. He is thought to have cost PSV in the region of £2.6m and joins on a four-year deal. PSV technical director Marcel Brands told PSV's official website. "Bruma is a defender that we would have wanted sooner. Unfortunately, it took a little longer than we had hoped for, but we are pleased that he is here." Bruma only made 4 appearances for Chelsea in the league after he was signed in 2007, having been loaned out from the Blues on two different occasions. The defender spent 4 months in 2011 at Watford, and then the whole 2012 season in Germany playing for Hamburger SV. Last season he scored just the once in his eighteen matches for Hamburg, with almost half of those coming from the bench.
