Looking from the camera angle behind the goal, it does look like Ramires's shot was on target and nowhere near going off the goal. Steele might have saved it but the deflection of Torres took it over the GK.

Yes I did. And I think, the deflection was too close to the shot to tell 100% by eye because you need to into account not just the direction bu the ball's momentum, both linear and angular. In fact it's practically impossible.
