I said this in a couple of other threads. City are not that far away and it's always better to look what's in front and motivate yourself to reach that instead of worrying that you'll lose what you have, putting some extra pressure to yourself.

Second place is no real motivation because there is absolutely no difference between it and third since both obviously can't challenge for the title. I think creating a gap on Arsenal and Tottenham is a much bigger incentive for the team, atm.

in next month's ridiculous schedule? yeah. right. squad will be exhausted after the first week with 4 games then they'll fly to Russia for Rubin Kazan away, come back for Spurs home, then Liverpool away. Worrying schedule

Don't really care about Europa League...I'm hoping we send some of the reserve players (Ake, Saville) to Russia for the away leg. Keep the likes of Mata & Hazard fresh for PL fixtures.
