Definitely a team to be reckoned with. Similar to Mexico in style.

What was all that rubbish at half time, ? - seemed to be some kind of scuffle when Ivory Coast players surrounded a member of the Egypt bench, pointing fingers and remonstrating angrily, while Drogba also argued with Egypt players ?

ummmmmm there is no possible way that they will be back for the scouser game as they have the 3rd place playoff to play 2morow nite

i give more of a crap about what happens in that game than i do about the final - i love geri but REFUSE to support any team that a wanker Eto plays in and can't stand any of the Egyptian players either

The matches started officially today with Angola the hosts, taking on Mali who look a good bet to win the competition, real dark horses imo with the likes of S.Keita, F.Kanoute, M.Diarra and co. Jesus, what an opening game. Angola were 4-0 up with 11 minutes to go, and 4-1 up with 2 mins plus stoppage time to go and it finished 4-4.

3 Matches tomorrow, including the Drog

Malawi vs Algeria - 1:45pm

Ivory Coast vs Burkina Faso - 4pm

Ghana vs Togo - 6:30pm

Great start so far, bring it on!

Astonishing that game was. A league 2 side facing a team like Aston Villa wouldn't give away a 4 goal lead in the space of under 11 minutes

Youcan understand it when sides take their foot of the pedal at 4-0 up , but there should be alarm bells ringing when 2 are pulled back. Oh god reminds me of the murderers in Istanbul...
