A few facts about Atleti:

-only in 14 games (out of 51, if I counted right) they've scored more than two goals this season

-in the last 10 games, only against Milan they've scored more than two goals

On the other hand, their defensive is incredibly strong. Only Osasuna and Real Madrid were able to score more than two goals against them this season (it was 3-0 for both of the teams).

A few facts about us:

-We are also very strong defensively. Only PSG, ... wait for it... SUNDERLAND AND STOKE scored more than twice against us, this season.

-only in 15 games (out of 51) we've scored more than two goals.

-In the last 10 games, we've scored more than two times against four teams, two of them being Spurs and Arsenal (big games, one might say)

With that in mind, I expect this to be a very tight draw, but if we do manage not to concede more than 2 goals in Spain and score at least once, we can beat them at home and go through. In my opinion, they are also a little bit overrated by the media, not to mention that they lack experience at this level. Mourinho is a master when it comes to this kind of games and I expect him to work his magic again, just like he did in most of the key moments of this season (against Bayern, Liverpool and City, I would say). I expect them to attack us from the first minute in the first leg, because they know that scoring only twice might not be enough. And if not counterattack football, then what kind of football do we like most?

Just because they missed a pen each does not mean they are terrible penalty takers.

Costa missed like 4 this season already, Villa I am pretty sure he also missed a few before in his career as well. Great ST but was never the best pen taker
