Justin_3d 1,140
That cant be told. It will depend on who will play better in PL, if Belhanda becomes superstar than he would sell more shirts,...Maybe at the beggining this would be true, because Hazard is more known, but still who in the world would want City kit, except City fans? If he goes to united, the kit would sell easily, but at city i doubt...This also reminds me, people complaining about Torres 50mio price, while it is obvious the shirt sales covered that already a year ago...We had no loss with him actualy...Do you have any figure to make this statement true? And yes I saw it online that Hazard said he will be moving to PL this summer and will be wearing blue.So only two teams, City and Chelsea. If we buy Belhanda, shirt sales wouldn't increase too much initially. However, if over time, Belhanda became a world class player and a superstar than the shirt sales would increase drastically. So he would take longer to make the money back but would still probably bring in the same money as the likes of Hazard. Like a slow burn, if you will. BlueLyon 9,359
Great and how does that proves your original statement????Well if they sold more than 100shirts per minute when Torres wasin Cfc, that means a lot of shirts and lot of money, eventualy covering 50mio. Term-X 7,891
City are assembling quite a squad here, even Mancini won’t be able to stop them dominating. Nasri certainly won’t be happy with Hazards arrival though. Hopefully him, Balotelli and co, can fuck with the dressing room enough to cause disharmony, or Mancini gets sacked next season, Mourinho remains with Real. Setting off a managerial merry go round.. Setting off a managerial merry go round..Even if they get Hazard still don't mean nothing. You just got to look at their best player all season, Kompany (apart from Yaya). It just shows to every club that you don't have to splash big to get quality players.Same as Chelsea since Mata, the best quality buy we had was Ivan.If City actually does more buy like Kompany, smart buy with potential like United is doing with Kagawa, then they are on a good trajectory. But just because they buy all these super stars don't mean much to me.
