What an arse! How the hell can a journalist make such personal comments in an article and get away with it with their editor???

Good news on Lampard though as it looks very very promising as the ref has written to the FA to state he made a mistake :)

Frank Lampard has had his appeal for wrongful dismissal upheld by the Football Association.

At a regulatory commission hearing today, it was judged that his red card received for violent conduct at West Ham on Saturday should not have been given, and his three-match domestic suspension has now been withdrawn.

This means that Lampard will now be available for the FA Cup tie with Barnsley on Saturday, as well as Premier League fixtures against Derby County and Sunderland.

i'm extremely shocked, awesome! Just heard about it on setanta news. Worry over. Remember the Date, 4th March 2008, the FA Used Common sense to rescind a Chelsea red card.

Like all, I'm a bit surprised by that given the Aliadiere red card.

I thought they'd stick by it, as Frank kicks out at Boa Morte first slightly.

Then again it werent until the linesmen spoke to the ref did the red come out.Think if the ref had given the red stright away then it wouldnt have been overturned

Either way omfg!!!!

OMG :o:o

well would you look at that - pigs are indeed falling from the sky

That would suggest they've been flying for a short while, but suddenly normality has returned. Poor sods, but looking forward to the bacon.
