The economy crash in 08 because of loose polices. Almost any joe had a loan. 

Today housing is high but people are well qualified to own those loans. 

If anything Trump has to do is help build more houses. Government has not help at all since 08, I guess they got scared because of that. 

But again it was the loose policies where people who had no business should not have own a mortgage.

You can say Billionaires push for that, but ultimate is the government fault for that. 

Banks can have policy but they have oversight....

At the heart of the crisis was the housing bubble, fueled easy credit and lax lending standards. Financial institutions, driven by the pursuit of higher profits, began issuing subprime mortgages to borrowers with very poor credit histories. Those financial institutions are owned by billionaires - Trumps cabinet, the government,  are all billionaires with a combined wealth of 342 billion. The next four years will be fun....
