Not that close after all.

atm looks like I missed either 1, 2, or 3 states (unless Harris somehow sweeps them, ie wins all 3 of  MI, WI, and PA)

its looks really grim

even if she wins NV, she loses if she doesnt sweep all 3 Blue Wall states (WI, MI, PA)

there is a real chance that Trump actually wins the popular vote

which, to be brutally honest

I hope he does IF he wins the actual electing Electoral College

as then there is not that drama to the degree they had in 2016 (Clinton won the popular vote by 3 million, but the Blue Wall collapsed and thsu she easily lost the electoral College, just like it may well do now)

By the narrowest of margins in any case - immaterial.

it is almost ALL Republican post 2022

Repub Governor

Both US Senators are Repub

all 4 US House reps are Repub (that may change now)

both state legislative chambers all vastly Republican

all statewide offices except for ONE, all are Repub, except for the lone Dem:

State Auditor Rob Sand, an ex high fashion model from the early noughties (lol, I told you I am a deep US political junkie)

yep

was never in doubt

that Selzer poll was a massive outlier and fail

her reputation is now in the mud

she was crazy to put her name to a clearly and profoundly flawed poll

so stupid, and from a previously brilliant political prognosticator
