The dems are shooting themselves in the foot with this Biden saga.
They should never have raised the issue, just let Trump make the fuss he wants and to heck with it.
It's obvious they should look forward to someone like the young Bill Clinton or Barack Obama for the future, yet even if they find him now what can he do in three months ?
Also Biden is not a challenger, he is an incumbent so the Trump camp will say "what has been going on the last four years ?".

Biden does not have this problem since the debate or since a few days before the debate.
If it is a problem -and I 'm not convinced it is- it is a problem that has been there all along, from January 2020.
So it's a Scylla and Charybde situation now.
But instead of further weaponizing Trump they had better stick to Joe and enough damage has been done already.

Asurprise name has emerged as the frontrunner to replace Rishi Sunak as the leader of the Conservative Party, a new poll suggests.

19 percent of respondents in survey conducted by YouGov for The Times said James Cleverly would make a good or very good Tory leader.''

hahaha James 'not very' Cleverly is as dodgy as they come, lies as second nature = Perfect choice

Biden has zero chance of winning. If he did it would be like a 150/1 horse winning the Derby, or winning the lottery, or Greece winning the Euros in 2004......

So why make it 1500/1 ?

The average odds give him a 9% chance of winning a second term

About 15% in fact but you should take into account that the bookies at this time give significant odds for the various talked about replacements as well.
It looks to me like more than 30% if those extras are eliminated from the probability calculations.
With new candidate the 30% will become 18%-19%. I 'm afraid.

It will be significantly less. Major donors including Clooney and Douglas say they will withdraw funding if Biden stands

The new Tory party will be a cross between the Sunak party and Reform.
A spectacle from which to look away in horror.

Might as well, but it's a political mistake.
Look we are losing 2-0, we say would n't it be nice if we were not losing but we are losing.
So to pull it out of the fire you suggest Sterling to come in.

Why have you made your typeface size bigger ?

I dont know what that means.

What I do know is that major donors will withdraw Democratic funding in protest if Biden stands

I don't like tiny letters.
I had two catarracts, one big, one small.
They treated those but the b***dy surgeons reduced my myopia and gave me presbyopia.
You should make it default bigger too.

Justifiedly so, but unjustified at this hour.
A new candidate will only make things worse.

Have to disagree with that. The reason he is so low is because people can see in four years time his brain will be jelly.

Disastrous ex-Prime Minister Liz Truss suggested upping the state pension age to 80, it is claimed.

Ms Truss, Britain’s shortest serving PM, is said to have floated the idea during conversations at Westminster garden parties last summer. She allegedly told guests: “Nobody should be allowed to retire until they’re 80.”

She can go fuck herself with Rees Moggs head

Possible.
These things happen to people.
Greek superstar of the seventies Mimis Papaioannou was one of the tv pundits for world cup 2018. He was 75.
Three years later I was surprised to hear from supporters he was in his last days with altzheimer.
Last year he died.
Other people can make it to 90-95 years of age.

With Biden I don't know if he is about to become "jelly" but can prove disastrous re. his chances, agreed.
But new candidate is more disastrous (& would n't have been so if Biden was the challenger).
