This isn't an actual reflection of a football club's value though. I think it should be measured upon revenue, because it seems the 'value' is actually the value of the owner, not the club itself and those are 2 very different things.

It's not surprising that Germany is very efficient when it comes to finance, given the stereotypes. The world really needs to look at how the DFB govern the Bundesliga, it is the model of success.

Barcalona's and Real Madrid's debt is really disgusting given they own the majority of TV rights etc.
