Keep Malouda ? He even sucks at pre-season games. If u want Malouda to stay it's clear that u haven't seen him playing last season. I would rather keep KvB because he can improve and I can't say the same about Malouda. It's time to say goodbye.

KDB needs playing time though. Best to send him on loan and keep SloMo for one more season.

as i said earlier in the thread. if he had to go on loan it`s probably the best possible place for him. he should be able to get in the team but they are still a competitive team in a good competitve league. if he had gone to a lower level EPL team that`s fighting to stay up he may not have been used right if atall down the stretch. i feel good about this loan. good luck KDB

Think it's for the best. I'm really excited about KDB but can't see him getting much quality playing time here. A season in Germany is a step up from Belgium so he'll be raring to go next year

hell yeah

your argument seems valid mate

Win. Keep Malouda for a season (he's still an excellent squad player, don't care what anyone says regardless of how frustrating he can be) and then his place as a non-Brit in the squad goes to Prince Harry, who, in the meantime gets regular game-time in one of the world's most competitive leagues.

Think malouda could go to santos, i do agree though he can still do a job and i was actually fairly impressed when he came on in one of the pre-season games... Think it was the PSG one or MLS all stars... Though if he was to go then it would free up a space and allow another squad player to come through so i don't particularly mind...

I want to agree with you Alex on Malouda and deep down i know he could still be used for one more season as a squad player, but the absolutely pathetic past two seasons we have had to endure watching him play has only pushed himself out the door. Some of his performances in times of hardship were nothing short of unforgivable!

no he will see out his contract as it will help him to Brazil on a free transfer.

right, that's what i said, it's his last year he will actually try and perform better so he can get a better contract and once he gets his better contract he will again to back to not giving a shit

In Belgian media (reliable this time) his managar speaks about a possible move to Werder :

"Kevin is realistic. It will be difficult for him to get enough playing-time in Chelsea this season. That's why he likes the idea of a season-loan to the Bundesliga-club. After one season his progress will be evaluated again and a return to Chelsea is possible."

"Nevertheless, Chelsea was very satisfied with Kevin in preseason. They said he was very close to the first-team. But a season-loan will be better for him to progress."

"The loan isn't a done-deal yet. Due to the Olympic games it will be difficult for Kevin to get out of London today. He'll probably be in Werder by thursday."
