LDN Blue 7,903
27 trophies in 25 years.Love him, or hate him. Call him a c*nt or a legend. Can't deny his unbelievable record & longevity in the game. Bringing through the brilliance of Beckham, Scholes, Giggs, Neville x2, Charlton ect.Brilliant scout & manager. BlueLion. 21,491
Greatest manager in the sport, no doubt.
TomCFC 357
When Roman sacking managers because of a trophyless season, he needs to remember how Fergie started out. United stuck with him after a difficult start and the fans and were repayed. In the long run, I'd rather have longevity than little bits of short term success. Peace. 4,352
Yep, so far he is the greatest manager in football history, no doubt on this. He is a excellent tactician and men manager. That being said, he is still a big cunt.

When people will understand that the situation 20 years ago, when Ferguson was appointed, is completly different of the situation of nowadays ?And as TermX has pointed out, stability for the sack of it.. Is just dumb.
termninja 5,290
Bruce Buck said“We do envy Arsene Wenger at Arsenal and Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United in terms of longevity, but it shouldn’t be longevity for longevity’s sake,” Buck told the BBC.“It has to be the right guy in the job for 10 or 15 years and, in light of Andre’s age, he may well be that guy.”

CHOULO19 24,332
The best in the history of football. Though he really never strikes me as smart whenever I hear his press conferences and statements.
