Mikel or Romeu - Mikel is good, but Romeu has shown that he is a immense talent and doesn't hold up our play as much as Mikel does.

McEachran or Ramires - Josh won't be replacing Ramires, but I'll say Josh anyway as he is the most talented young English midfielder along with Wilshere.

Sturridge or Lukaku - With Torres and Lukaku Sturridge won't get a chance as a striker, so Lukaku.

Drogba or Torres - Torres. Younger and on form.

Ivanović or Bosingwa - Bane is a better RB simply.

Mata or Malouda - No explanation needed

Turnbull or Hilario - Experience.

Alex or Luiz - Offers more to the team and is also younger.

Bertrand or van Aanholt - Seems a bit ahead of Bertrand, especially when it comes to attacking.

Lampard or Meireles - Very hard. If Lamps can play like he used to then him.
