Only 5 days and 11 hours until the rugby world cup kicks off

Is anyone on here looking forward to it as much as I am I not very confident for Ireland but we should get out of the groups. Just looking forward to some quality competitive rugby, I can't see any of the northern hemisphere teams winning it sadly. The All-Blacks or the Wallabies will win it I think.

Unfortunately the Springboks have taken a step down since Jake White left and I can't see us winning.

To be honest, I think the All Blacks are a cut above the rest, even the Wallabies.

As a former NZ resident, I'm rooting for the All Blacks of course, but am afraid they'll find a way to choke. Hopefully being in NZ will help rather than add in pressure.

New Zeland will choke again I reckon, I can see Ireland having a great World Cup, think Kidneys playing mind games and could potenitally beat Austrailia to top the group.

With the Rugby World Cup starting tomorrow I thought id ask if there are any fellow " egg chasers " out there?

I myself am a huge rugby fan. I've been a Leicester Tigers fan since I was 2 so for about 16 years now.I had a season ticket at tigers for over 7 years until this season when I decided that my own playing commitments were getting in the way of me getting to home games.

I've played rugby since I was 11 before that I used to play football.

So yeah any Rugby Union fans out there? Anyone excited as I am for the Rugby World Cup?
