johnnythefirst 1,076
He could potentially break it if he keeps getting better and can keep playing until Drogba age. But for an explosive player like him, with speed and strength as his main assets, that's not very likely.
Pacquiao 1,834
How do you figure that? He's got 44 right now. He's 216 short of Shearer. He would need to have just over 21 goals a season for 10 years, until he's 32. That'd be an incredible record of consistency. I dount he does that.Lukaku is a beast he will break Alan's record with ease.

Stingray 9,441
ANOTHER FUCKING AWFUL TOUCH ,, we were wise to get rid of himIf only he had the same fight in him Costa has. I don't really care for his touch really, it is his defaitist attitude that playes him tricks - even in our NT.

Stingray 9,441
Id rather have a goal scorer than a cage fighterIt is not that at all. Lukaku frequently shrugs, moans and goes down when it doesn't go his way. Courtois for example is the exact opposite. He fights, Eden is just immune and is ... Eden. Lukaku would be top if he was a fighter with all that physique - instead of it being his technical limitations. That is my point. Stats 7,147
This is going to be his season I think. He is motivated to join a bigger club and thus he will want to show how much of a goalscoring beast he is. Hope he does prove his critics wrong. I actually think with Everton not being in any European competitions, I think he can get to the 20 goal mark + if he stays fit. If he can give repeat performances like the one against Southampton and tonight (albeit L1 opposition) he will be unstoppabble. zolayes

BlueLion. 21,491
Fucking tapatalk. Sorry guysYou pervert.Anyways, I've been impressed with Lukaku. I can't see him staying at Everton much longer. It was the right choice in the short-term as playing there regularly has enabled him to develop. Time to move on next summer, though, otherwise his career and development could both stagnate. Everton aren't going anywhere and I can't see them getting anything better than Europa League football any time in the next couple of years. He'd have to work on his passing game, for sure. But I was thinking outside the box and thinking a move back to the continent would suit him best. With his explosive pace and ability to both hold up the ball and run in behind, I think he'd thrive in Spain.
