Wondering what Luiz can do wrong when we have that much cover ahead of him. Cahill or Luiz- doesn't make much of a difference in that sort of set-up. On the contrary, Luiz could provide better long balls. and could complement the counter-attacks.

Its not like I have anything anything against Luiz. The English duo seems to do a better job even though they provide very little to the attack with their feet. Luiz does have a sort of play-maker ability even from the center-back position but at the end of the day, he doesn't seem to do well at his job i.e to defend.

Okay result. I'll take it and one thing we learned is that Terry- Cahill is th best defensive pairing we got right now.

I don't care where in the attacking third he'll play, but a starting eleven without Schurrle is gonna be mistake.

Not to mention our best option if we go for all out counter attack.

When he could have gone out drinking with Rooney. It could have stirred up dust in the Rooney thread, atleast.

Seems at all the positions we are struggling currently, we seem to have a better player out on loan. Be it Lukaku, be it Chalobah, be it v. Aanholt.

His build-up play was c-razy last season but haven't got enough game-time or motivation to perform at that level this time around. I reckon he could fill in that second striker role comfortably.

I know. He is having a terrific season but Suarez is having a better one IMO. I'm biased when it comes to the PL- Difficult opponents, lesser team mates at Kop. He seems to be pulling things in his direction single handedly.

Yea, but not this season. The bar was set low this season with Messi being injured and the whole Bale-CR7 competition at Real, but this guy is definitely meeting the standards.

Hazard builds up play well and converts them just as well. Mata can't seem to do both this season.
