I do think people are wrong about Cuadrado or Salah, for me they were never actually given a real chance to shine. Salah played well for us everytime he stepped on to the pitch but wasn't given enough play time.

I don't understand why there is so much hatred against the board relating to the Terry situation. I don't like them either but it's clearly wrong to blame them. The board had already made it clear that the decision lay with the new manager. I think it was the right thing to do because Terry has the biggest image at this club, some managers just find it unsettling to have someone like him. But i am relieved Conte isn't one of them.

Atleast now we will give him a proper tribute.

a change is needed, probably in the youth and transfer policy. You can't ask instant success of a manager because it does render him unable to integrate the youth and promising players into the team. It has become instant success or doom. Bad for the footballing world.

Absolutely spot on!! Maybe managers should be given a two-three year insurance otherwise it can really get disadvantageous for the youth especially in the premier league
