We effectively had Johnson as our alaba, full back playing center back in a back 3. But with licence to go forward. Gerrard our Alonso, the quarter back that dropped back to cover that gap. Moreno our bernat, the full back played further forward out wide to hug the touchline. Sterling our robben, wide player that likes to cut inside and willing to track back Balotelli our lewandowski, technical bigger player that bring others into play. Coutinho our gotze, technical no. 10 capable of floating around behind the striker. Allen our lahm, player that ticks it over. Presses well, well rounded. Hendo our muller, hard worker that breaks beyond the front man. Not sure if it's a load of bollocks, but it does look like we tried to adopt a similar style to them today. But we just haven't got the personnel to execute it. Man just look at this shite. Fucking madness. That place is... I don't even know how to call it, it's like an asylum, I can't help myself to think that at least 80% of this current generation of Liverpool fans will suffer from dementia in their latest stages.

Take that you fucking scousers! lol at that guy saying it is painful to watch the scousers in this form. It ain't mate

Sorry for the off-topic. I'm not into dubstep, but this one is a classic. Originally at 130 bpm. Lower it at 123/124 bpm and you will have a fabulous tune. Afterhours legend. Still played in clubs like fabric (and many other clubs, but I went for that example because it is in your country) when underground artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, or the arpiar group take on the decks.

So it's Derby away

Mangala 32m. Oh boy........ ticking bomb that guy
-
Some boulevards big as Champs Elysees in that City defence lol

Still 21. Save soldier Tomas until it is too late. I thought that game at Anfield was enough to ensure him a place in the squad this season.
-
Yeah, class is permanent. Drogs motm, other than that it was a good football game for a Tuesday night. Glad they gave Chelsea a good fight, they are a decent side Schrewsbury. Schurrle and Salah meeeh, they will have to wait until the next Capital One fixture to start another game I guess.

Which Players Do You Regret Chelsea Selling?
petre.ispirescu replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Robben and at a smaller scale Sturridge, although I think Jose would have shipped him off eventually, as he did with Mata. -
He is playing for the U21s against Tottenham. 0-0 51'
-
And pair him with Ake for tomorrow? Not a bad idea
-
Andre Izzy Oscar Salah Ake Mikel Filipe Zouma Cahill Christensen Cech

Naaaah, can't agree with that. Late goals are not about tactics, it's something else you know - bad luck, deconcentration etc., even pressure from your own head because it is inevitable not to think about the prospect of being equalized in the very last minute when you are defending the last set piece. I can assure you that every one of the Atletico Madrid players that was defending that set piece in Lisbon in May was thinking: "Man, we are screwed if those fuckers score now, just don't fuck this up now.". There are all kinds of things going through your mind at that moment that have nothing to do with the tactics you used for the last 30 or 40 minutes. Chelsea allowed a goal in the last minute because of a poor defending of a set piece, not because of the tactics Jose chose to implement after he went one goal up. But the question here should be - did that tactics stop Chelsea from scoring another one and kill the game? With that I can agree, but that's not important imo, the most important thing is the way City and United have celebrated these results in their own yard. It speaks volumes and it shows the stature of this club (Chelsea) right now and the direction this club is heading in. We are disspointed with a draw, they are happy with a point. Everyone is afraid of Jose and Chelsea, every single club in this country would take a draw before the game if offered. RVP and United's celebration was epic, it just shows what a draw against Chelsea means these days. The future is bright I can tell you.

Bayern in a much weaker league - 6-3-0 (21-2) after nine games and only one difficult away game against Schalke. Chelsea 7-2-0 (24-9) after trips to both Manchester clubs and Everton. Plus Arsenal at home. Yes, a draw in the last minute will always be a frustrating result, but not the end of the world as some of you seem to suggest.
-
Frustrating result to say the least, but a 6 point gap over City in October is ok I guess. Should have been more, but...... nevermind. I'm sure the lads will build on that. Massive game from Drogs, Eden, Matic, Thibo and the back four. Others were meehhh and Cesc had no one to pass to, there wasn't a single run behind that fucking defence. United lucky to have gotten a draw, Chelsea was head and shoulders above them. Especially in the 2nd half. Tactically sound. Was there a single goalscoring opportunity for United before that goal? In the 2nd half? Onwards and upwards :blue scalf: :blue scalf: :blue scalf:

sorry Drogs for writing you off
-
Rojo is dreadful, that United defence begs for goals. Didier can't do the job ffs, something has to change. Someone has to make those runs in behind those clowns
-
Not when Rojo, Smalling, Rafael, Blind, Fellaini and Januzaj are at the other end.
-
That's what I noticed too. At the WBA game

Tottenham
