we look like we actually know what we're doing - which is a great progress as normally we look clueless. Commentator keeps saying things about the training sessions. He's said many times no one is trying to take Mourinho down. The environment is bad and they've been trying really hard to fix it, but our training sessions aren't good because players aren't happy with Mou.

Commentator - who supposedly talked to the Brazilians players in the international break - said they're unhappy with Mourinho saying different things to them and then the media (Hazard comments he stupidly made when he benched him comes to mind) and that because of that they can't train as well as they did. Nobody is trying to sabotage Mourinho on purpose. According to him it's difficult to play well when you don't train well and you don't train well because you can't stand or have problems the guy bossing you around. In theory this is one of the most reliable journalists in Brazil, I doubt he'd lie, but he's been making predictions about Mourinho's career for a couple of years now - all of which backfired when we were champions last season (one of his strongest claims was that Mourinho didn't have it in here to win big things anymore). It seems he holds a grudge against Mou for some reason. So make of it what you want.

not what I meant. As many said, if we switch to 4-3-3 and have more athletic players beside him in the middle, he will feed the three forwards better than anyone in this team. He has limitations and there are some games we shouldn't play him at all, but the system exposes him and the fact most players are in terrible form (as a consequence of the system, but also their own), it maximizes. I don't think he jeopardizes a whole system, and with a better approach, the team can be more offensive, Hazard can run the show and Cesc can be what he does better: a guy with incredible view and execution. He's too smart to be used like he's been.

we've said way too many times that the current system (and others' lack of form) is the problem more than his own form. People just want to get rid of him because some of them barely ever got over his gunner past. He has his limitations, but when a team offers him a chance to work on his strengths, he can still make a difference.
