Royal Pains NCIS Wipe Out (always amazed at the lengths to which people will let themselves be humiliated) Wire in the Blood (when I can find it on the BBCA) Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes (BBC version) Bones Coupling I wish the BBCA was more timely in getting shows to the US and the listings are often not correct

Congrats!! You should be very proud and happy! From a teacher's point of view I'd gladly have had you in my class!
-
Oh, no I would never make a promise I didn't know I could keep. She has a very good memory and wouldn't let me forget it! Thanks

I'll be ordering my daughter a keeper jersey for her birthday (the home one not the the orange safety cone looking one) and will probably sneak in one for me too still debating between the strip and the 3rd.
-
if you live on the wrong side of the pond?? My little keeper girl wants two things for her 9th birthday, Cech's jersey (easy enough to get) but she also wants his autograph and I'd like to get Turnbull's too because her # is 22 and I think that would be neat for her to have. Anyone have any ideas?? I have until October 6 to figure out how to make her birthday extra special!

Hi Welcome back! Kez is right we need more girls we're in a minority!!
-
Depends on the game honestly... Drogba drove me batty last season with his lack of interest in playing, mikel seems to run hot and cold, Deco and Rico... for their willingness to jump ship and then back pedaling when nothing came about, but like someone said when they don their blue they become saintly and I am always willing to give them another chance!!

Premier League's seven biggest spending clubs over the past 12 months.

our spending seems so small compared to others! -
Thanks for all the good wishes and compliments (I think she's beautiful but I might be a tad bias so it's nice to hear the compliments)! They did wonderfully for their first games of the season. Won the first 3 (2-0, 2-1, 5-0) and made it to the final but lost to a very good and agressive team 7-0; Mac took it all very hard being the keeper! She had some really good saves however and our coach and parents were all very supportive and made sure to tell her how well she played.

I'll take JT popping up anywhere!! LOL
-
Okay, I may have a nervous break down being the Keeper's mum!! LOL but she loves it! They've won their first two games 2-0, 2-1!! She was really upset when they got a goal, because it had to do with a pass back and she hesitated before kicking it. She was very mad and upset at herself! But they recovered and won!! Here's some pictures of my beautiful girl! ( no, i'm not biased at all!) BTW... is it not to perfect that her colors are blue and white

5 things you would do if Roman gave you £50 million
BluesChick replied to chrismada9's topic in General Chat
1. pay off my house 2. invest 3. buy a fun car (instead of the SUV) and buy a vacation home or two! 4. set up trust funds for my kids 5. see Chelsea play at the Bridge as often as possible -
Your most important Chelsea possesions
BluesChick replied to blue_army's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
My signed 08/09 away Jersey My tickets from the Chelsea v. Club America game (my first and hopefully not my last!) My Christmas baubles... all my baubles are blue and white LOL All my jerseys that I can wear... if I can keep the family out of them! -
yes, Paul I need to recognize those of you that are polite too! Thanks
-
Thanks all! Her scrimmage has been canceled, but the tournament starts tomorrow and I think she's excited. She loves playing and likes her team and that's all I can ask for. Most of her team played together last year and are very excited to finally have someone to play in goal that actually likes to be there! I'll take pictures if it isn't a monsoon... we're expecting thunderstorms all weekend. Hopefully they won't cancel the games (the town owns the fields they play on and cancel much sooner than the soccer complex does). Relic... thanks for my apple! I've never actually gotten one from a student, isn't that odd. They usually give me gift certificates to Starbucks (unfortunately I don't drink coffee, but I do like drink tea... just not Starbucks tea LOL) or barns and nobles. I did get a bottle of wine one Christmas, I think she was just hoping for a passing grade! Oh, my Engineering Club bought me a Newton's Cradle last year... always a near thing when a group of teenage boys buy a gift for a female teacher the age of their mum!! LOL Okay, I suppose I should go write my lab quiz for tomorrow and figure out my lesson plans.

Finally, Chelsea release an official basketball shoe

sigh, my first thought was oh no, and my second was a lot less polite... I'm a purest... I like my Chelsea gear to have something to do with the game they play! -
With the school year starting and my children's fall sports in full swing, I will not be able to stop in and chat as much My daughter is playing her first competitive football season and her first tournament is this weekend. (Wish her luck!! I'll post some pics later) My oldest runs cross country and I am back teaching. Between their practice schedules my evenings are booked solid! I'll try not to miss y'all to much!!
-
when did they announce that??? I checked my listings and didn't see any football on ESPN Saturday morning (Pardon me while I bang my head against a wall for a few minutes!)
-
I hate to say it but some times men are dense and I'm not about to be any more blunt about it!
-
hoping y'all will keep me informed... the game is too early to be shown across the pond
-
I agree and on a very fit MAN it looks awesome or a slender woman it would look good. I however do not fall in either category... I am not very slender and I have a short torso, which would be a bad combination with the home kit! LOL
-
love the JT one, what type of payments will you be taking??
-
that is so sad and just so crazy, he's too young to die of cardiac arrest
-
Blue Lion--- Thank you for the clarification! I love the way you laid it all out. My youngest is just starting competitive football and I have to say I am a bit overwhelmed by it all. I know the rules but some of the finer points pass me buy. Thank you for explaining them
