2011 was a shit season and I couldn't stand Carlo from day one, not as paerson jsut as trainer. I predicted what would happen back then and was labeled too pesimistic. And some of his defense is pretty lame. He favourised Anelka, Malouda the whole time and both were shit that season. He kept playing the same players over and over again... still remembering his raised eyebrow with his default anser : 'Ai ehm äppieh wisse skuade'.... May be Roman has a finger thats too fast at the trigger, bu tin Carlo's case he was right... hea had no clue

He is very talented and can have a excellent game if on fire. But seriously, it's not about being world class every game but he is a Anelkaesque-type of player, seems bored and lackluster at times. Mou was right at that time, a player that needs the assurance he will play every game at 22 or so only to feel free of pressure is set to leave. I mean he was a kid and not proven at all, to me nobody has the right tu be a guaranteed starter if he doesn't perform... Sad he ended whhere he is, cause can't stand city but still a very good player on his day...

I'm not online that often anymore bcs of my work. But boy what a shitty season. Some players at least admitted they were at fault for mous exit. Matic went from hero to zero this season, Fabregas was like shit, Hazard did have oh wait, one good game yesterday? Mou was right, for criticising players for being too soft. I still can't belive whats going on with Terry though and i think he will stay... remember "The Terry/City-Situation" fiver years ago? Think this will End the same way. A few highlights have been..... uhm... The many youngsters gett'n a go. RLC, Traore and Willian being as good as he was. The Club did seem to think they don't need fresh blood. Okay we've got pedro... but he didn't leave for no reason. I somehow like the look of Conte, and I will se for next season. Smells a bit like when Mou came back. Successfull manager abroad, coming to english leauge to help a Midtable league... For me there is only one thing gett'n obvious, you can see similaritys between AVB and Mou as clear as daylight... Mou trys to throw out players just to show em they are not bigger then the team... The problem he has, the squadplayers he trusts in include Iva... he is bullshit... the other problem is... we don't have any depth... Before when he did this he did this in replacing duff with cole... throwing cole out for robben, kicking robbens ass with cole or duff... throwing out mak (literally spoken), played diarra as RB if ferreira or anybody was shit, threw out Drogs for Gudjohnson vis versa, short message, he was able to tell players: fuck off, who are you? I've got 3 Players that can replace you and nobody cares... Right now (like AVB) his credo: "The team is bigger than you" doesn't work, because he has no depth at all. Thats one of his problems. The other Problem he has is his stubborness when it comes to his ethical codex that includes, if the team plays shit he will protect them and they will protect him to, it is US (him, staff, team, supporters) against all, what ever happens internal stays theree, you are not better then any other player, I'm the manager and I decide who plays... Al this doesn't work. Mou is tactical absolutly one of the best managers, he is not afraid of testing and changing positions at all (he did it often wit Lass, Micky, Drogs, Joe Cole, Zouma). He likes if his team keeps to his gameplan that is as following: - fast crips passing - high tempo - winning the ball in the final third and hit the other team with fast counter attacks if needed (if he other teams is on the high) - no ball hugging I like his way... I find tikitaka boaring... but he doesn't have lamps. duff, robben, drogs, mak, Essien and joe cole, carvalho to do this anymore....

If Mou wants to send out a Message his lineup will include: - Terry - Zouma Begovic - Azpi - Willian -Rambo - RLC - Jeremie Boga - SWIFT - 8 other players from the Academy and Mikel.... even if we loose I bet nobody would complain, because this would be a real recognition for players that gave it all so far and played for the team...

pathetic fans over here, I alway said he is the best english lb after Ashley... he is a superb player, fast as a thunderbolt, superb technique (you could see it when he was loand to championship and southampton).... Matic is OK this season, maybe he is exhausted but he is no Makalele, too. For Lampard we have nobody to replace him. Had high hopes for john swift but after 3 tremendeous seasons with academy he has went somehow anonymous at least he has vanished from my radar. LFC isn't his replacement, more of a (probably) better Version of Matic. I can't see anybody close to replace Lamps, Boga or Traroe but still not as complete as Lampsy.
