What a match that was! Controversial but we deserved it. Such a shame Torres still isn't being given 90 minutes. He would have scored Kalou's goal - what a story that would have been! Oh well, can't complain. Over the Goons, I suppose...

Best player (more than 10 apps) - Petr Cech. Worst player (more than 10 apps) - Jose Bosingwa. Most improved player - Ramires. Best goal - Alex vs. Arsenal. Best buy - David Luiz, even if he is a bit of a liability. Worst buy - I suppose I'll have to put Torres seeing as the £50m hasn't really justified itself, but he's coming good. We'll see next season. Best team performance - Chelsea 6-0 West Brom. Best individual performance - Anelka at Sunderland. Best youngster - Daniel Sturridge (albeit on loan). Most memorable moment - Torres' purchase, debut and first goal. The home league game against United as well, plus that awful run - losing to Wolves, Sunderland and more.

Random fact - Torres' offside goal against West Brom was also in the 83rd minute.

Such an incredible atmosphere yesterday. There were two chants - just his name like "Carlo! Carlo" and the whole bouncy "Fernando Torres, Chelsea's number nine" one.
