What a great rule, lets make it even more difficult for the smaller clubs to get a Champions league spot and piss of the bigger clubs till the point of breaking off and forming a sort of Super league. Wage Caps would have been a better option.

The poblem is that Barca is the club he has loved since he was a kid, it would take massive wages IMO.
