You would have thought he would have been out the back somewhere embarrassed about being in the Europa League judging by his comments on the competition, not fighting to lift it at the front ,just glad our other players who Mikel is not in the same class as were motoivated to win another European trophy for our club. If Rafa got one thing right it was dropping Mikel ,he thinks he is a lot better than many fans who have to put up with his performances .

Please do not mention Mikel and Lampard in the same paragraph . Frank still is class and should be getting a two year contract on the same wages ,his influence at the club is priceless on and off the pitch . A world class midfielder even without the goals,and much better than Mikel in the holding role ,the difference being Lampard can run old man or not ,Mikel will be slower than Frank when Frank is 40 .

Jose will not let that happen ,he would not come if he were told to do that ,there would be no point ,hopefully our board treat Jose with the respect he deserves this time .

Just seen John Terry jogging on the pitch in Amsterdam ,looks like he is trying to declare himself fit ,what a warrior and great Chesea man he is ,he would die for Chelsea . Lets hope he makes it .

Josh is coming along more slowly than we expected ,but we should give him all the time he needs because he is a class footballer and patience will be the key with him ,I would give him at east another two years on loan before we make a judgement on his future ,he looks like a late developer.

Lampard could play the pivot with his eyes closed ,but not for a couple of years yet ,why do you want a player with his ability to score goals and create in the pivot? He would be a far ,far ,far better pivot than John Obi Mikel that is for sure ,whoever we play in the two Mikel makes look bad and that includes the great that is Lampard . Ramires / Luiz / + Lampard supporting MaZaCar is our best formation . We need our pivot to squeeze as far up the pitch as possible and to win the ball as high up the pitch as possible in order to release MaZaCar ,all this sitting back and covering holes/gaps is bollox.

Another point on Rammy yesterday was when JT brought Benteke down and they were calling for a red card just before that Ramires was clearly pushed over from behind in the build up it was as blatant as the Giggs on Luiz at Old Trafford and yet not a mention of it ,Lamberts comments on the ref not giving Villa anything were a joke ,Benitez is useless when it comes to putting pressure on refs as the likes of Fergie do to gain advantage . Jose changes all this he misses nothing and Lambert would not have got away with that with Jose in our managers seat. Nobody will take the piss out of us from next season onwards and our board need to embrace this and stand firm behind Jose when he sticks up for us.

I think we are being very harsh on Rammy here ,you need some bite in midfield ,someone who is a little bit nasty ,look at Keane and Scholes,thought his sending off was harsh as he pulled out of the challenge and did not make contact,somebody who is as committed as Rammy will always mis time the odd tackle and with experience he will learn ,had Scholes made that tackle he would not have gone,hopefully Jose will bring that kind of influence to us next season and in the future,because ref's are very easily penalising our players at the moment with no recourse.

I saw Osgood and Zola play for Chelsea and Frank is better than both of them ,the only one I can think of who compares is Jimmy Greaves and that is with my old mans input ,but Greaves was only at Chelsea for two seasons ,so for that reason Frank Lampard is declared by me as Chelsea's greatest ever player ,some will only appreciate how good he is when he is gone ,some think he only scores goals they are very wrong ,Frank is an allround midfielder who has everything ,the goals are the icing on the cake.

Is he still injured?with the amount of games we have had recently it seems strange that he appears to be not part of the team even with the rotation going on ,is it me or does it seem we lose a lot when he is in the team and win when he is not? I thought I heard the waiter say he was fit now ,if Mikel does not get the call to play on Weds he will have been well and truely dropped and he can have no complaints .

Benitez is not in the same class as Jose ,look at the way he has marginalised Frank ,he can be thankful that Frank is such a great Chelsea man and pro he could be bothered to get the waiter out of jail, because I would have not played for him had he treated me the way he has treated Frank . Who on earth at the club is not begging Lampard to sign another contract , I would give him two years and a pay rise ,he is still amongst the best in the business and he is Chelsea through and through ,up there with Greavsie as the best to ever play for the club and should never be allowed to leave after the two year contract he should be asked to coach our young players the Chelsea and Frank Lampard way . I also see him making a manager one day , I have every faith Jose will keep Frank as he understands class .

The waiter was useless last night and he is not in the same league as Jose ,he is obstinate ,leaving Terry,Lampard and Ba on the bench cost us a win ,the fans want to see their favourite Chelsea legends on the pitch and they would have seen us through to the win, Benayoun coming on was a joke and Torres should have been subbed ,the song is right, the waiter does not care about us and we dont care about him ,the sooner Jose is back the better,

Arsenal are a blood sucking club ,they want to squeeze every penny out of the people and say "Look how well run we are" all clubs should charge their fans the maximum.

Jon Obi Mikel is a championship level player ,cant have him at all and find it puzzling how he has got a 5 year contract with Chelsea. I fail to see what attributes he has? Staying back and covering ,seems like an excuse to me for somebody who cant run and recover his position. I feel that our recent performances have now proven that ,in six years with us I see no improvement in his game.

Player power is great when the power is with great men like JT,Lampard,Drogba,Cech ,Cole etc......... The player power you do not want is when the players down tools and do not put it all in ,our player power never meant that,if anything the power at our club that has let us down has been boardroom power,the players have been superb amongst all the distractions and management crisis caused by the boards decisions, without our players sticking together we could not have won our recent trophies,since Jose last time. The power at the club should be with the manager for footballing decisions and Jose should get that, Roman should be talking to Jose directly without Emenalo in the middle clouding the issue and stirring things. This time we need the relationship between Roman and Jose to be the closest at the club.
