I would Jizz In My Pants™ if we hijacked this bid from Arsanal, and got Pastore also.

Maybe we can face a team who won't have all eleven players in the box at any point of the game The first taste of Premiership football for AVB. Can't wait
-
I would love to see Torres on with a team playing like this!
-
Pressing looks impressive
-
Drogba showing how deadly he would be on the right side
-
Drogba non-exsistent so far

blonde hair!!!:champions:

Here's hoping we can win this game like the Thai one! (Refrains from making Kitchen and 'women' joke)
-
I think we will sign Batman, Robin, Superman, Spiderman, Penguin (who knew Avram Grant still plays!), Wolverine and Wild Dog. Maybe we might not see them because of the second jobs, but some might be optional depending pay
-
Would love to see him and Albrighton here. Both English and both have a lot of potential to be big! But, i wouldn't mind seeing one move here with someone like Turan coming also. Johnson, Pastore and Lukaku as our transfers for the summer?

Didn't mind the simplistic kits of Umbro, but i can see why people might believe it would be a u-turn in terms of the whole 'brand' image of Chelsea. Seeing as Addidas is the second largest shirt manufactuerer in the world, you kind of want them or Nike to be making the kits. And by the way, Umbro is now owned by Nike. I just thought that might come in somewhere

Think AVB is testing him as the second option due to Essien's injury

Many people, when a team is on 'bad-run' or not performing like Barcelona, they tend to look for scapegoats, it has been Benayoun - started before he even touch the fucking ball!, Carlo, Kalou (which is somehwta justify-able to osme extent), and it looks set for Torres. There are fans that firmly believe because we have had success in the past we should have it again and again, despite the real elements of football. The fact that Lampard has become somewhat more cautious and slow-minded in play since his injury, has really done a number on our midfeild that uses Lampard's normally dynamic attacking force as shield as the rest of the midfeild follows. But without that one element, the midfeild's structure hasn't really clicked since, with normally one person attacking and two defending (one defending and the other standing around looking for the ball in the center). What we need really is a creative person to help spearhead any attack and push Lampard up, or with Lampard playing less games. If we played someone like Benayoun alongside McEarhan in an offensove minded role with Mikel as the defensive anchor, then the support would be better to Torres, imo. As Torres isn't the kind of player who will make his own attacks like Drogba, he can't completely boss the whole of the defence if there isn't at least two people to have him.

I REALLY want to see at LEAST one striker go this season, albeit be Kalou or Aneka and concluded with Drogba next season. I want us to sign him up this season and loan him back, or to another club like Courtouis, as when he comes back he would gain vital experience at a higher level AND would be able to replace Drogba. But, like what people have already stated, it could be beneficial if he stayed on as a bench warmer but in training be Drogba's protege. Better us then Arsanal i would also add
-
Could be said both Turnbull and Hilario, both should know they will never establish themselves as number one since Cech is here yet they are willing to sit on the bench and get paid thousands each week for doing nothing! I would rather see the likes of Delac, Walker, etc. be our number two or three then OAP Hilario and downgrade Turnbull.

Su-su-sussudio!

I don't mind getting someone young and cheap, at least it is someone coming in. Who is that Georgian who plays in the Russian league and looks set to be the next big thing? Worth a shot?
-
More then Mikel
-
I am more worried by the lack of players coming into the club when it is needed, then the performance. All these two games has done, is highlighted the fact we do indeed need some investment into the team, where we knew from the end of last season.

Get well soon mate

You know Paraguay is going to loose, with Suarez scoring. Then you would still see a tit celebrating

He played well in the Everton game and he did well in the half of the Portsmouth game. He isn't the type of striker that wants to be building attacks 24/7 but to be the one who is finishing them! We haven't got the backing to support him yet, and because Drogba is the type of player that likes to build attacks and battle players 110%, that is why he seems so much 'better' as a striker. Play Benayoun and Torres on the same team, and maybe a couple of decent wingers and then you will get the Torres that is shaping up. I am 110% behind Torres, and always will be, like i am with every Chelsea player. Even though there is some i feel would benefit the side more if they left or play a less vital role in the squad in the up-coming season, but i will support them. It is all about the players that come into to Chelsea and the cream of the crope that AVB is planning on using!
-
Guess it would be one step forward

Lock this thead, and throw away the key. Another potential target gone to a 'rival', superb!

I see that the club ants to try and bring the best youngsters to the club that is possible - with Lukaku touted as the next Drogba, doesn't neccasarily mean that is the sole reason why we are after him. He has stated previous times that he would love to plays for us, is it so bad to have a player want to play for us because of the love of the club rather then the high amount of wages? And i think the philsophy that the board takes is bring in any players that have been praised by the mdeia or who have a reputation to be a world beater/worl-dlcass player. I think if we want any more down-to-Earth players to the club, it would have to be AVB's reccomendation, rather then the club shooting in the dark.
