It is a sad day when Frank can't even score a penalty

It is pleasant to see the club is being run HIS WAY and not Roman's! This could potentially blossom into something far greater then any other Chelsea manager has ever done! If we fail to succeed in winning anything, i am sure he will still be here. Hopefully Roman can finally see this club needs to change this season for the greater good, rather then the norm.

Have to admit, that was superb back-tracking from De Gea really, but Rambo should have left it for Danny to slot it in and got the rebound if there was one!
-
Like i said, i think he should be rested - not because of his form or anything like that, but more of the fact he hasn't had one at all! He played all season long last year, and so far this season. Ash deserves to be rested, our it could effect his fitness and cause an injury, which we really don't want to have.

20 million plus Kalou for Rodwell and Barkley

His short match reports it's the spot between intelluctal and brilliance, with his sense of emotion with every sense, if emotes you to feel more about the performance and the team as a whole. And his philosophical that every one is African is truly amazing! He sees everyone as one, and speaks the truth. Or, because it's cute? I have become intoxicated with Tommy's match reports over time, and it is basic instinct to rep him whenever i see it.

Cole had his best game at Man Ure, and believe or not, he hasn't been as good this season for me as he has done for the last few seasons. I think he needs a couple of matches of rest - has he even been rested at all in the last two seasons in the PL? Bertrand is probably the best LB we have in both attack and defense, and i see him as Cole's replacement - and so does AVB as he rejected numerous loan bids for him, to become our LB back-up. Hopefully he can do us a good showing against Fulham, earning a chance at Swansea and then we have to go on from there. Maybe we can also Josh for the first time, despite that AVB promised him chances for first team football

Ramires - brilliant going forward, as well as defending. Was running like a bull, and was unlucky to have not been on the socre sheet - or getting an assist. Rambo - number 7!
-
We can only speculate that based on one big moment, but i believe he will be brimming in confidence. He got a goal, and a couple of days before he got two assists. He has slowly gotten used to our style under AVB, and i think that would be the big point of Nando's season. If AVB comes up to him and says, 'perfect game' and 'pick up your head, it happens to everyone' then i am sure he would listen to him!

that Kalou Goober that TX uses is quite hilarious

Fuck Martin Samuel! The guys face is his arse, because whatever comes out is just shit!

You mean wanking over him Yes, we are discussing about him

What a ball in from Nico and what a finish! The kind of movement he should be doing!

Plucky Blues undone in game of fine margins

Brilliant stuff as usual Alex. Really thought we was caught whenever Nani or Young had the ball and somewhat became hesitent in defence whenver, which at this level we shouldn't be doing! A dissapointing performance from the back-line who should have been a lot better. Ashely Cole probably had the best game this season, so far, but he really was poor and i hope AVB gives Bertrand the chance to excell. A bright spark he could be! Feel sorry for Torres for not hatching a brace, but the confidence from the goal neitherless should be enough to make him soldier on for the next game, and to be looking for another goal. Phil Jones was excellent for Man Ure, and i so beleive we should have gone for him! Bosingwa marked Young well in the first half but was caught more in the second half. But, the whole was in our favour when Lampard went off. Maybe signs for things to come? -
Wasn't me who said it, by the way, and the next game is in the Carling Cup - hardly an super important game! He has talent, but how can you judge his ability with cameo appearances? We all know he isn't ready yet, but for his development, surely gaining gaming time is the most important thing, and yes, maybe against the higher teams he shouldn't be played, but i would choose him as the striker then Kalou. He is 18, and has already starred in the Champions League, and already has had a taste for the taste of highly competited games, despite the level of which it is still at. A rival game has the same variety as most, despite the teams involved. He walked all over the Belgian league, his native league, which so many can't even do - Joe Cole is one example who had to venture abroad to find a kind of game that fit him. Lukaku was chosen because Drogba wasn't available, and AVB sees Anelka as a winger. I am pleased AVB has decided to offer him a role on the bench, better that then rotting him in the reserves, where the level of competition is basically nothing in comparison. But of course, when we sign bright prospects - we want the worse of them.

The most ironic stance ever. You judge an 18 year old on the basis of one game? I knew you have a 'character' on here, but come on! Give the guy a fucking chance! He just played his second ever game for the club against the high-roller of the league!
-
Lock him in a Gym and the training ground for the week, away from the media - and then tell him Vorm call him a lady-boy and watch it all unfold!

The Sun: Sigh.

He supposedly scored a goal, today against our biggest rivals, with a world class finish, yet we are keep talking about the one miss he did? Rooney scored a brace, but would everyone keep talking about him missing his penalty completely? The only video i have seen of the game so far is the Torres's miss, but yet it feel likes trying to find something sacred and to never to be seen. Torres played an exceptional game, and a follow up from the good game in CL where he got 2 assists. Confidence should be coming from him in the next game, if he can put his head into the game and go for every ball he can. I look at today as a positive and not a negative. Despite the horrorendous performance by our defence, which cost us any points - our attack clicked, and once Lampard went off, we became twice the team. We have to take the fact we are emerging from a re-grouping for our team, and should be proud we are putting such excellent performances, in such early days in what could be an excellent era for our club.

What about the GOAL? The one he put into the BACK of the net
