He is not an ''incredible player'' he would be useless for us on the right he is the wrong type of player for us. I would only be interested if he cost 10 million and he agreed that he would play second striker behind Torres in games that we go 4-4-2 against weak opposition. The high line was to blame and that is not JT or Ivo's decision its the coaching departments which includes Boas. Who the fuck thought that Ivo or JT would have a chance against Gervinho Van persie or Walcott in a foot race when these players are making penetrating attacking runs. We made the same mistake against Man utd and we were punished. The high line tactic is for a team like Barca who hardly give the ball away. All arsene had to do was make sure Gervinho and Walcott were coming off the line making runs through the heart of our defense. I am just shocked that our coaches would tell Ivo and Terry to keep a high line against 2 sprinters, it was like watching the Robert Mugabe school of economics show.

You know what baffles me ? When they did the opposition analysis did anyone at the club mention that Arsenal have 2 very very quick players in Gervinho and Walcott and that Bosingwa is shit defensively and playing a high line with Ivo and Terry was not a very good idea. Some of the decisions Boas makes are baffling sometimes, like when we went to Old Trafford and we basically did a kamikaze. We played a high line against Hernandez...... Young and Nani. No he was not, at least Danny was getting on the ball. The whole game passed Torres, i struggle to find another player in the Roman era who has had a whole 90 min game without 1 highlight, that is shocking. He had a shocker in the middle of an open game like that against a German defender who was having a shocker for Arsenal. The worst game a player can have is when he hardly touches the ball, i would rather a player touch the ball 50 times and have a shocker then a player who goes through the whole game without being mentioned by the commentators while on the ball. We had 10 men out there today because Torres was no were near the game, he was just on the pitch doing nothing. At least we noticed Sturridge having a bad game because he was giving the ball away, Torres did not even have the ball to give it away lol i am laughing here in absolute amazement. When Droggers has a shocker we know because he misses chances and his control is piss poor. Torres has invented a whole new version of a shocker, my mother asked me if he was playing when in was around the 60 min mark after she watched most of the game with me. Ok everyone i have calmed down now, i said i would post tomorrow but i have gone for my 30 min walk and i can now contribute to this thread. This high line tactic needs to be scraped because lets face it neither Ivo or Terry are Usain Bolt, pacy strikers and wingers are finding it too easy to run off our defenders. I will no longer defend Bosingwa because he has no end product and he just runs like a headless chicken, the fact that he can't defend to save his life does not help his case neither. Torres just had the worst shocker this season, he was so shocking that it was like we had 10 men. Lukaku needs to stop drifting out to the wing to take players on, he just cant do it, Terry is better than him at it. Lampard played well and you could tell he gave a fuck today, Ramires also got his tackles in and he played OK. Ashley was ok too, Mata was good and Meireles added to our midfield when he came on. I am just worried about how shocking Torres was because that was terrible it was like he was not even there.

I am absolutely fuming at the moment, i think i will post tomorrow when i have calmed down a bit. I will go for a nice 30 min walk now and just try and think what the hell went wrong. I would just like to say that we deserve an apology today from Torres, he embarrassed himself and the club. He had like 3 touches in a game that was completely open and 2 of the touches were offside. I think we probably have one of the largest female fan bases in the country and i like it. A lot more women go to the Chelsea games now and you see a lot more women wearing Chelsea kits in London too.

Be honest mate, would Ron Harris have held the club to ransom like what John Terry or Lampard did years ago ? No. I have a moan about this every season because its something that gets on my nerves. Players are not loyal anymore and football is a business now, they don't give a damn about us anymore. They see us as a cash cow more then ever and that is fact. I am not saying that our team overall was better, all i'm saying is we are different overall as a club. We have lost our soul and it hurts, Stamford Bridge is a ghost town now. Going to Chelsea games in the late 90's early 00's was much better then the shambles now. The stadium was rocking all the time and we used to sing blue day like crazy but now its gone, the only place were its still present to a certain extent is the Mathew Harding stand. Even during the Jose years, teams like Liverpool would equal us even though they had shite like Traore in one off games because their fans were a 12th man.

The thing is people seem to think that we were shit before Roman arrived, we were a good side we were the equivalent of a modern day Tottenham, we had some players in that side that would walk into this team. We should of won the league in 1998-1999 it was only for a special treble winning side that stopped us but the football we played in that season was just mind blowing. The atmosphere has gone because the real supporters don't go anymore like Oxfordblues, we don't have that many real supporters anymore. If Roman had not taken over then most of our foreign fan base would not even consider Chelsea. This is not to attack some of the people on this forum who live elsewhere but that is a fact, Man utd had a monopoly on foreign support before Roman arrived ! All of a sudden we have people travelling from Malaysia to watch games at the bridge... that would never of happened before Roman arrived.

I know we are a much better side then what we were but i really preferred it when we were a top 6 side. Since Roman arrived we have lost something, it seems that we are not Chelsea fc the family club anymore we have lost so much tradition and its not nice. I am not as passionate as what i used to be for the club, i am still a supporter but i am not as much a supporter as what i used to be. I don't attend half the games as what i used to and its all down to the fact that Chelsea FC has lost its sole in my opinion. Chelsea Fc has lost its connection with the fans since Roman arrived and that is a fact you only have to speak to the older fans who attended games in the 80's. What is your opinion ?
