  12. http://metro.co.uk/2014/07/09/chelsea-make-7million-transfer-offer-for-psg-contract-rebel-adrien-rabiot-4792199/ Chelsea have made a £7million bid for PSG sensation Adrien Rabiot – after he turned down a new contract at the French club. Rabiot, 19, is one of the most exciting young midfielders in Europe and he established himself as a key performer for PSG last season. However, despite the club offering him a giant new contract, he has rejected the chance to stay in Paris and now Chelsea have moved in for the player. A technically superb central midfielder with a brilliant passing range, Arsenal are also thought to keen on Rabiot but reports say he would only be interested in a switch to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea made an enquiry for the France Under-21 last January but pulled out of a deal when Rabiot picked up an injury.

Costa scored Atlético's equalizing goal in the domestic cup final clash against city-rivals Real Madrid on 17 May 2013,[24] contributing to the 2–1 triumph – the first in 25 games in a streak stretching back to 1999 – and the tenth win in the tournament, confirmed by Miranda's extra-time header. Thus, he became the topscorer of the tournament with eight successful strikes, one ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Madrid derby, he scored the only goal of the game to record a second win over Real at the Santiago Bernabéu in under five months On 19 February of the following year, in the first knockout round's first leg, he scored the game's only goal at A.C.
