The players have had a few days rest up until tomorrow, and for team fluidity, which for me is what we lack because of the constant changes etc we need to keep that three to start. We need to start finding that starting balance, the starting eleven we look to and think 'Yep that's the one' Hazard, Willian and Oscar have earned the right to start that game from what we saw against Liverpool, no changes unless injuries but we must start that trio. I don't like the word rest, players want to play and for team fluidity they need to play for themselves and consistency levels.

He maybe fresh but the pressing and tracking of Willian, Oscar and Hazard last game was a joy.

Thing with him is, he has been used rather sporadically by Jose and never really been given a good run like a couple of others. Gifted players make the difficult look easy, gifted players glide they don't run and gifted players will always shine through. I know what your saying and agree 100%. When I watched him at the bridge against us for Donetsk I was massively impressed. He dominated us along with Fernandinho, totally immense and looked like he never got out of '2nd gear, and what was more impressive wasn't just his distribution or his goal but his sheer pace, which is something that some do not realise. As of now he is playing that well he for me can't be dropped.

The transition will take as long as needed for Jose to get the exact players he wants into this team, grow a team fluidity and adapt his style that is then transmitted into his group. A lot has been said of late of how bad we are playing etc, I know it isn't great but I think half of the problem is the fact we are so shit in front of goal teams are closer to us than they should be at the final whistle because we have failed to convert 5-6 clear cut chances in a game, with that you become hugely susceptible. This team needs three positions covered between now and summer, that's left-back, holding midfielder and a top class striker. Jose was brought back and has inherited a boat load of new players including young kids, surely the fact we are right up there in the race for the title, still in a good position in the CL and whilst all that being shit in front of goal, we ain't doing to bad. This isn't directed at you @BlueLyon but I think people are far too impatient and are far too quick to moan. We need to allow this team to grow under Jose's guidance, sacking manager after manager is no good what so ever, it isn't Jose's fault that Eto'o, Ba and Torres are all mince, once they cross that white line there is little he can do.
